I started seeing Stephanie in 2016, and only stopped after I moved in 2022. I can’t express just how much she helped me. I didn’t always love the things that our sessions revealed, but she was always committed to helping me work through whatever I was struggling to deal with, and, slowly, I learned how to be proactive about my mental health. Whenever I recommend psychotherapists (and I’m an RN, so it happens a lot), she’s always at the top of my list.
