Lindsay has the ability to make all those who she meets, feel welcomed, supported, and loved. I have had several Reiki sessions with her and the energy I felt was so healing and energizing, it was palpable. Lindsay's retreats are perfect. She offers the perfect balance between inviting self-reflection and personal work without pressure and supporting you if/when you'd like to engage in it. Her yoga is very approachable for any body type and very nurturing and grounding. I understand why people return again and again to her retreats!

I learned so much and felt so much in this setting. So good to really slow down and reflect again and again on what was going on in my mind and heart. I would like to have had the option to travel to other parts of the country after 4 days. 6 days was a little long for me. But the facilitators were very good! Lindsay is my kind of yoga instructor, I never got bored and felt so good, emotionally and physically. LuAnn and Cristal were also so good at what they did! I would recommend Awakened Wellness!

This retreat with Lindsay as the facilitator was absolutely wonderful. It surpassed any expectation that I had. It was well planned, beautiful location and I felt energized and motivated after. I will attend retreats with Lindsay in the future and urge anyone to do the same 🙏
