Scheduled an appointment weeks ago, got the confirmation email and a call on Friday (appointment was on Monday), filled out all of the intake, and then the provider cancelled, and I was not notified at all. I hesitate to judge an entire organization based on one bad therapist, but seeing that Roxanne Davis is now a Clinical Supervisor makes me incredibly worried about the advice other therapists are receiving, plus, is that really the best you can do for that position? I started seeing Bob Kleinjan at Awakened Heart last year, and he’s been great! I have worked with several therapists before but didn’t feel like I was getting much out of therapy until Bob. I appreciate how he nudges me in the direction I’ve said I want to move in so that smaller wins add up to larger gains.
