The program is a little confusing at first but once you get the hang of it you just coast along. I thought I was going to be eating real food so that took a little getting used to. No big deal, the snack bars are very good so are the shake / pudding. And if you like spinach , mushroom omelets your in luck.

We have been on Awaken 180 for one week. My husband lost 7 pounds. I lost 5. So far so good!

I wasn’t sure if this was for me because it seemed restrictive. I quickly learned why, and how the program was developed to ensure success regardless of how unsure I was. I feel very confident that I will reach my goal in the next two weeks and I have your company to thank for that. Thanks for the great counseling. It would’ve been rather impossible without it. I’m extremely happy with the almost 27lbs. I’ve lost in 12 weeks. I feel more confident, have more energy, and feel more limber. I’m excited to be moving into maintenance and feel I have a positive outlook and the motivation to lose even more weight.
