Very helpful and encouraging staff. They focus on making sure you are paying attention to the best way the plan can work for you. This is not a plan you can do (nor any other in my opinion) if you are not bought in 100%. The plan focus on getting your metabolism working for you and bad habits will derail you no matter what you think you can do to "tweak" it here or there.
