l love this class and, for the first time, I feel that I am developing a real practice of yoga. Brittany is an excellent teacher and guide and the word that I consistently use after her class is "Transformative". There is no time, only movement and breath and I fall into Shivasana in the quiet darkness at the end with a completely clear and present mind. What a gift!
The Ariel class was awesome! But it was way too cold in the room, and I froze at the end.

Kevin Carrington is hands down my favorite yoga instructor. I first took his class at the State of Mind series. In a sea of 400+ people his energy and passion reached everyone.
