Awaken Studios has quickly become one of my favorite places in Salt Lake. I attend here 2 to 3 times a week and I am deeply in love with all of the innovative exercise exercises that make my body feel alive.
I love this place so much! Definitely recommend to everyone, and Lindsey is always so nice and helpful!
Awaken Studios is amazing! It is a home away from home. The staff is friendly and helpful. The instructors are incredible, and all the classes are amazing!
