Awesome gym, great owner and great equipment. I highly recommend this place.
What an atmosphere ! This gym is INCREDIBLE from their friendly staff, the diversity of equipment, the trainers are very knowledge/experience (approachable) All equipment is well sanitize. The healthy options of drinks is great!! Looking for a gym with a EPIC CULTURE look no further & there right outside the Oceanna Base. “Very Convenient/Plenty of Parking “
Love this place! Excellent equipment, personal & group training options, plus an outsanding supportive environment for helping you work toward your strength and fitness goals. Owner is a genuine stand-up guy who commits to making Valhalla the very best gym community.
This gym is exactly what you want if you are into the old school barbell club feel! Was recently on vacation down here and was looking for an old school gym and man I found it! The owner Chris is a solid dude treated me like gold! Definitely recommend everyone try this place, if I lived closer would be my home gym!
