I have absolutely loved the 21-day hormone reset. The app Healthie and all the fabulous recipes has been so helpful, easy to refer back to when needed. All the small tips Crystal gives really compounds when done consistently throughout the day. Most of all, she has helped me slow down and reset my mindset.
