I did the 21 day Hormone Reset and am amazed at how simple changes have made such a difference in how I feel! Sleep has been a struggle for me for 10+ years. I have absolutely loved the 21-day hormone reset. The app Healthie and all the fabulous recipes has been so helpful, easy to refer back to when needed. All the small tips Crystal gives really compounds when done consistently throughout the day. Most of all, she has helped me slow down and reset my mindset.
