This was our first time at The Salt Room. Taylor walked us through the processes of the red light sauna and salt room. He was very thorough and provided several good suggestions. I feel refreshed and reenergized. We plan to come back for another session soon.
Staff was absolutely amazing! Perfect start to a girls weekend! Very clean and enjoyable! Will definitely be back!
As part of our girls weekend, we wanted to try a salt room. This was an amazing experience. From how helpful Sydney was in booking, and explaining how things worked to the room itself. So relaxing and restoring. We will 100% be back while visiting the Twin Cities area again!!!!
What a great experience for something unique to do with kids. I brought my mom and two girls (3yo and 10mo) for a 45min session. They had a big chest of sand toys to keep the 3yo entertained. She especially loved digging for dinosaurs. I held the baby to avoid a mouth full of salt, but overall it was like a soothing beach vacation. Lots of salt residue to brush off after but worth it.
Sydney was so great! I was traveling & found this place! It was great!!!
