Great staff, super clean facilities, excellent hours! 35 min sauna, 20 min red light, 6 min cold plunge 3x weekly!
This is a great spot - sauna, cold plunge, red light therapy. Not to mention the salt rooms. The staff is super knowledgeable and always helpful.
Leslie was amazing at showing me the salt room and sauna process before trying each. The place is incredibly clean and each session was private. I would recommend going and trying to see if either would help with your health needs. Leslie was amazing!
This was our first time at The Salt Room. Taylor walked us through the processes of the red light sauna and salt room. He was very thorough and provided several good suggestions. I feel refreshed and reenergized. We plan to come back for another session soon.
