I've only done the float tank and room, but it's so relaxing. I have widespread chronic pain and it's the only time I'm as close to pain free as I can get. I also have ADHD and it helps my endless racing brain chill like nothing else. The building itself could use some updating but the experience and vibe are still great. If you need to decompress, I highly recommend doing a float session ❤️

This was my first float experience so take my review with a grain of salt :) It was a very relaxing and unique experience. My wife says she can see it has potential for next level relaxation if we go again and again. The facility was clean and neat. Staff was polite and helpful. I floated for 90 min and found it very enjoyable. the days to follow i had noticable loosness in my muscles and joints. I love this place! Relaxing and always clean. I get a great sweat in the sauna and highly recommend the float room. I have also had massages with Adam and he was super amazing to work with! The staff has always been friendly and super knowledgeable!

I would highly recommend Awaken for Wellness. They have a few locations that make it easy to fit into my schedule. The staff was professional and welcoming. Finally, my float experience itself was amazing. I look forward to trying their other services.
