It was like having a spa experience. I've only visited the Hudson location, so far. It was clean, well kept, added toiletry amenities, state of the art services, and a knowledgeable staff. Chris answered all my questions, explained the benefits and how each and every system worked, and helped me through my first floating experience. Wow. I'm excited for my next experience!
This place is awesome!!! Love the red light sauna therapy combined with alternating the cold plunge. Everything is very clean and instructions were clear. I feel so good. Will come back again.
Amazing, relaxing time with my granddaughter for her 18th birthday. Staff was wonderful and very understanding. Planning to take my husband and daughter with the extra plan I bought.
The young lady that assisted me on Saturday March 22 at the Hudson location was amazing and very informative
I felt completely rejuvenated from the inside out! I absolutely LOVED the cold plunge instructions. I've tried cold plunges before, but I never realized how amazing it would be to keep my extremities out of the water. It really helped me endure the chill for so much longer! Plus, the breathing techniques were a game changer! It truly worked wonders! Thank you so much—I'm already counting down the days until I can do it again!
