Charlotte was absolutely amazing! I was a bit of a sceptic when I booked, as I've never had acupuncture before, but she immediately put my at ease and it was an incredible experience. She found my sore spots immediately and even noted other referred areas that I wasn't even aware of. The atmosphere was lovely, putting me completely at ease, and I left there feeling high on life. I would 100% recommend Charlotte at Awaken!
Kate is incredible! After 10+ years of stomach issues, thousands of dollars spent on different specialist appointments, treatments etc, I went here and Kate has fixed me :) she’s incredibly talented, kind and knowledgeable and has helped me both physically but also mentally. I always look forward to my time at Awaken Acupuncture
I can't recommend Awaken Acupuncture enough! Charlotte is amazing. She really takes the time to understand your symptoms and makes sure your treatment is as effective as possible. Instead of just doing acupuncture and calling it a day, she uses the whole appointment to help you feel your best, adding things like cupping, massage, and heat. It’s clear she genuinely cares about your wellbeing...you won’t find better!
Could not recommend more highly. My first session was an hour of sharing my life with her so she can appropriately diagnose and treat. At first I was uncomfortably trying to be vulnerable and share my life with Kate . I even had to check that this is what she needs to hear and I was not over sharing! With in the first 5 mins, Kate’s authentic warmth, care , understating and love eased me, she creates a space for you to be vulnerable and open without judgment.
