OMG!!! The weekend wellness retreat was nothing less than AMAZING!! This was exactly what I had been looking for so long!! I loved each of the many activities offered, that I was truly sad when it was over. Yoga, meditation, red light therapy, brain tap, breathing exercises to release anger & trauma, an incredible massage, lots of time in their beautiful salt cave & so much more!!! Awake Spa is an awesome gem in our community! The space was relaxing, clean and left me feeling at peace after the self-care I desperately needed. The salt cave room is beautiful and it cleared my sinuses which I needed. I would highly recommend visiting this spa if you are looking for cutting edge spa options and a relaxing and clean environment.
My most beautiful life changing event! We were met with a beautiful, loving warmth. Tiffany and her incredibly gifted practitioners made our weekend so healing🩷 Each session seemed to build onto the next experience. The foot bath, red light therapy, brain tap and then the salt cave.
