Awake has the most amazing atmosphere for all ur gym and mindless needs. The people are so lovely and friendly and all the staff are always there to help. I 100% recommend anyone to come here and even trial out, i guarantee you will want to stay!
Awake is amazing all around! Great facility, equipment and group fitness classes. Their trainers are knowledgable and kind, it's clear they care about clients and love what they do. Ash and Jen have really created a welcoming space and community. If you're looking for a new gym, this is it!!!!
Great classes. Great atmosphere. Carla brings the same energy each week and is always so kind and encouraging. I like that she takes the time to say shes grateful for us being there with her and makes us stretch
