Best all-women’s gym in the Hill Country! Found this gym when I was seeking help getting my core stronger. I’m on medication that causes osteopenia. Found a trainer on-line that is based at A&R and got the help & inspiration I so needed. I am feeling great & attribute it to what I’ve learned at Awake& Rejuvenate & the awesome classes!
