Beware of this clinic’s deceptive billing practices. I came here strictly for my annual preventative physical exam. Before my appointment, I explicitly confirmed with the front desk that this visit was solely for a standard physical, which should be 100% covered by insurance. Instead of processing it honestly, the clinic deliberately coded the visit differently behind my back to "double-dip" and pull more money from both my insurance and me. I am appalled at the behavior I witnessed this morning,this man Awais Malik was yelling at a woman that was doing her job,and even belittled her,I do not and would not feel safe nor recommend him,he’s very rude and a different person in public
I had a terrible experience today. First of all the front desk clerk was inattentive, I told her I was coming in for blood work and that I also needed to see the Dr. After 40 minutes waiting I inquired as to why I hadn't been called her answer was "OH" obviously didn't check me in. seriously "OH". When I saw the student practitioner I told him I had asthma symptoms all he wanted to do was check for COVID. I didn't have any COVID symptoms. I told him I wanted to see the Dr first.
