Life saver love his bedside manner
Dr Malik was very inconsiderate to my medical needs I brought my medical files from car accident but he was not interested in my condition he did not do a simple physical exam he did not refer me anywhere he sent me for blood work and sent me on my way I felt very discriminated against despite the recommendations and praise I got from someone the experience was not the same for me and I don’t know why because I came in very prepared to go over my concerns with high expectations however I was turned down as if I was seeking s... read more
Dr. Malik is very attentive and concerned. You can tell he loves his work. I also like the medical team that works under him. They are thorough and conscientious. I needed to switch doctors because of my moving to Bridgeport from Norwalk, and I will continue to use him to address my medical needs. Keep up the good work. One thing that someone needs to pay attention to is that sometimes when I call, the phone doesn't get answered, or the call drops. Other than that, I have no complaints whatsoever.
I love the PA and Drs in this office but the front office needs some serious accountability and customer service education!! They are so nasty and have attitudes as if they get paid or work at the DMV! If you don’t like your job in hospitality then go work somewhere else because patients don’t feel the best and are met with such rude management it’s truly disgusting and pathetic as a MD office . They’ll leave you on hold for 15 minutes and hang up never follow up, tell you that’s your only option and to deal with it yourself... read more
I have never met Dr. Malik, but I have gone to this office regularly for annual physicals and any illnesses since 2023. The staff here is great, and the service is prompt and friendly.
