Tried calling for resources for a woman who is pregnant with other children being domestically abused by her spouse and is afraid to call. Some horrible woman who claimed to be an advocate shut me down rudely and told me to make the victim call. I said no I would like to get resources for her and forward them so she has them. Then I was told to be quiet and treated like some child in the principal office. I told her do not talk to me in that manner and that I wanted a supervisor. She put me on enternal hold. Awful experience working with this organization. My caseworker was dismissive and rude to me. Offered to help pay my rent for 3 months which switched to 2. Those months my rent wasn't paid til the beginning of next month therefore almost causing me to get evicted. My caseworker, Dani is a liar. She treated me like I didn't matter. She needs to be tested for drugs. It seemed as if they'd rather have me and my daughter that had a disability go into their shelter than help me maintain the roof I have over my head now.
