It was an absolutely horrible experience. I called them before leaving my place to ensure they had someone capable of doing the hairstyle. Upon arriving, I was met with a terrible braiding experience. It's clear that they prioritize profit over having experienced stylists. I'm truly dissatisfied and disappointed in myself for even paying for the nonsense. I should have asked them to undo the braids.
