I give them 5 stars, can't image them being rude at all. They have are professional, and extremely understanding to elderly needs. I would recommend them to everyone.
I would never shop there again! They are RUDE to handicap people. They even left a note on my car stating that I should not be parked in a handicap parking place (my handicap placard was hanging in the car) because I looked like I could walk fine. REALLY?!?!?
