We met the owner’s son Gene Jr. at the home and garden show in Orlando convention center and after demonstrating the advantages of the cool wall paint coating, we were sold. Both father and son were very professional. They made multiple inspections of the house, explaining what to expect and how to prepare the house prior to the application of the product. AWA Coatings and the TEX-COTE product was exactly what we were looking for. Our house now looks better than when it was new! Gary and his crew were true professionals and great to work with, fully cooperative and attention to detail was fantastic. We also had our pool deck done and the results are wonderful. It is all beautiful and we highly recommend this product, company and crew.

The salesperson who came to my home did a great job presenting the product and answering questions. Unfortunately, my experience took a completely different turn after the owner learned that my wife did not attend the demonstration. The owner over a phone call became extremely rude, yelling and speaking to me in a very disrespectful manner. I was shocked by the way I was treated as a potential customer. Florida is beautiful, but the energy bills from the summer heat and constant HOA repaint notices were wearing me down. It shouldn't be this hard to enjoy living here.
