Our student lived in Beaver Hill from 2016-2019 and had a great experience. The apartments are older, but perfect for their budget, and the location CANNOT BE BEAT! Our student and her two roommates shared a one-bedroom, plenty of room in their bedroom for all three twin beds around the edges and lots of room in the middle, closets plenty spacious for 3 people, too.
