I called to get a price for installing a deadbolt on my garage entry door. I was told that there would be a $19. service charge and that pricing for the job starts at $25. I asked whether I should purchase, myself, the deadbolt kit from Home Depot, as it was available there at $9.95. I was told that the technician would have them and that they don't mark up the price.
