Well I wish I had better things to say. We have just had an A&W open a couple of weeks ago and we'll We have stopped 4 times already. Food is good, but! The first time was day number 1 and I was surprised we were in and out in no time. The next 2 visits were what I would expect, very busy. This time today it was busy but nothing like the last 2 visits. Lots of staff, line moved well for the time of day. Ate at Branson one, over priced & uncooked food & they used nasty pump cheese on hot dogs

We were just at an A&W in Zanesville Ohio. The girl taking customer orders inside should be nominated or recommended for some award. The fryer had broken and she had to tell all her customers that it would be 10 min. For anything fried. The customers weren't too bad, but she was awesome. She was handling things in a very professional and friendly manner. I don't know her name but I will describe her by her hait. It was shaved on the sides and ponytail on top. I hope thus reaches someone that can do something for her.
