Literally didn’t get any of our sides for the meals we paid for
The WORST customers service. Brought my order in after the burgers were made wrong, the cashier is literally telling me what comes on the burgers. No smile, no hello, just standing firm on what comes on the burgers. Why is it an argument about MY order? If I'm asking for less ingredients, why is it an argument? I don't give bad reviews and always try to find something positive, but this time I can't. We ordered the chicken tenders meal that comes with a biscuit and fries. The fries were cold, chewy, and hard. The biscuit had to be day old. It was cold and hard as a rock. The chicken was warm but overcooked and chewy. The dining room was dirty, and almost every table had crumbs, drink lids, and sticky spilled stuff on it. They were not busy. We were the only ones in the dining room at about 3 pm. Well just had my craving for cheese curds and they were great as usual but I also ordered a toot beer and I was like 3/4 ice ...as drinks aren't already a rip off . Sad they can't train employees properly.
