The food is good and that's about it... They suck in speed yet worst at customer service... Snotty, rude staff... Needed to learn how to speak to customers... ** Update*** Not sure if you talk to your staff at all or even properly train them because they are still very rude I get it's in a small town and people just choose to eat there because the options are limited but believe me they're not going there because of the people it's because of A&w food and reputation which you guys are definitely ruining on a daily basis with... read more
We went to the drive thru for time constraints. The food took forever, thought we would run out of gas or overheat before getting it. My rootbeer float (my favorite) was almost all soda and not much ice cream. Can do better all the way around in my opinion.
