Allways friendly and pointed me in the right direction for what i needed
Horrible service department! I brought a Shidawa blower that I bought from them for service. It took them 3 weeks to do a half hour of work.
My mother brought her lawn mower in for an oil change, belt repair, and servicing. They kept the mower for 3 weeks returned it with a flat tire and trash in the fuel line for alomt 200$. It was picked up again and fixed for a problem that was of corse out of there control since my mom mowed a quarter of the yard before it stopped working. It was returned a few days later for more money of corse. The first tike she tried to cut her grass the belt came off which was originally the reason she sent it.
