The staff at AW Martin were the best from the first call to the end of the project. They repaired both units at my duplex that was damaged due to a leaking pipe on the 2nd floor. The entire crew was pleasant, courtesy and professional. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. There was a lot of talking and big promises, but when it came to actual delivery and dealing with the insurance company, the team became unresponsive and ineffective. I was repeatedly forced to follow up, beg for updates, and push them just to get basic work moving forward.
