I had a water leak inside my closet from the shut off valve to my outside faucet. This freaked me out, because I had had a flood in a different home. My project manager Sam was a star! He practically held my hand through out my project. He was always a step ahead of me if I had a concern during my project. The workers showed up on time, which is a big deal for me. Helped me out immediately in a messy situation..can't say enough about Ahmed Selim...went above and beyond, he would definitely be my first call for mitigation and restoration services. He is simply awesome and a great asset for AW martin.
They've been pretty good with us. The work they did was fine well. Their knowledge of insurance protocols, and the work got done quickly. Ed and Christian were very professional.
