Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. There was a lot of talking and big promises, but when it came to actual delivery and dealing with the insurance company, the team became unresponsive and ineffective. I was repeatedly forced to follow up, beg for updates, and push them just to get basic work moving forward. Great guys to have around when water comes dripping out of your ceiling! They were quick to respond to the initial damage and get remediation started. Ed and the rest of the crew clearly held themselves to high standard of cordial professionalism, which made every step of a very inconvenient process much smoother. After our basement recently flooded, A.W. Martin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Their team responded quickly, cleaned and dried the basement thoroughly, and made a very stressful situation much easier to handle.
