I grew up on NJ and NYC bagels and mourned the fact that there were good bagels in the area, but nothing like what I grew up with. I was gobsmacked at how good these bagels were!!! Soft and fluffy on the inside, excellent crust and the flavor!!! I cannot recommend them highly enough. I want to spread the word but I also am worried they'll quickly become too popular that they'll be hard to get!
