Unfortunately, my experience with this body shop was very poor. Much of it stems from the overall communication from start to finish. I was initially told my repair was going to take “3 or 4 days”. After a week of no communication, I was told that due to me using my deductible, it would take longer, with Jonathan and the tech pointing the finger at the delay with my insurance company., having to order parts, etc. Within a few hours, all was solved with anything insurance related. He was thorough, took the time to answer all of my questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. This is a fantastic place to come for excellent service and top notch work. We came with questions and very little knowledge on what our van needed. First of all, the front desk staff was friendly and ensured we were seen promptly. Dominika, the estimator, was the absolute best. They did a good job on my Subaru Crosstrek, but after having the car a few weeks, I noticed some of my black plastic trim has some kind of damage from the masking tape, during the painting process. It's not tape residue, its like the masking tape actually pulled off a some of the surface layer on a window pillar trim on the drivers side and the two black plastic corner pieces on the rear bumper.
