I don't even know where to begin. They had my car for over 6 months. Still cost me a few 1000s out-of-pocket. Horrible communication, the manager Joseph that is running the place is a complete joke. I don't know how that man has a job. They tried to give me my car back. And the dents were still in the trunk. The new rim was in the trunk as well, not on the vehicle. Joseph Wells did a phenomenal job reconditioning / painting the front of the car to prepare for a PPF application. Everything from the customer care aspect and quality of work exceeded expectations. Although I told Joseph there is no rush to get everything done as I have another vehicle, they still managed to get the car done in a quick and easy manner all while maintaining quality work. As someone who is in the automotive world it puts me at ease knowing how this body shop exceeded expectations on all aspects.
A special thanks to Joseph and Rachel. My overall experience had some challenges, from having to switch insurance companies, to the company losing the employee that was handling my car. However 1 thing was consistent. That was Rachel. She was always pleasant. Even when I just needed to vent she allowed me to do so A special thanks to her. Please don’t waste your time and take your car somewhere else. They’re extremely money hungry and just make up numbers. My car sat there for two weeks, they first asked for 9000, geico gave them the 9000 and then they wanted 12,000 which geico could not give. They never once called me to give me any information and everytime I called they said they would call me back and never did. My car sat there for two weeks when they said it would take a week max.
