Amazing service from first viewing to completion of purchase. Jordan dealt with me from start to finish kept me updated with everything I needed to know and made everything so easy and straightforward. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Friendly welcoming and professional nothing is too much trouble for them.
Beware: sold me a car which was perfect over the phone, when i came to collect found dents on bonnet. They then had the bonnet repaired at the cheapest possible way by replacing it with a non oem bonnet which was of low quality. Car had been in a front end crash which they never declared at time of sale. Never had a bad experience when buying a car uptil when I dealt with these jokers.
Outstanding Dealer – Highly Recommended I recently purchased a 2016 Mercedes C250d from Anthony and his team, and I can honestly say it was the best experience you could ever expect when buying a used car. They are not only professional, but also incredibly genuine and approachable—always there for the customer. They take real pride in their work, resolving any hiccups transparently. You always feel supported - not a given service in every dealer. 100% I’ll be going back when it’s time to change cars again.
Ant was excellent start to finish and we are really happy with our Ford Focus. They collected us from Tamworth train station on collection day which made our lives so much easier. Only thing is that they only change ownership of the cars every 30 days so make sure you ask for this to be done straight away as we had to chase it twice but other than that a great experience.
