This is the best shop, they are professional, knowledgeable, and great customer service. This is now the only shop I will be taking my car to in Richlands. I would also like to mention the shop was very clean and organized and the waiting area comfortable.
Would've given 0 next time you wanna be rude to someone I pray you get shut down. Terrible customer service much?
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars, great local shop. Will is honest, flexible, and someone I trust with our vehicles. He always takes great care of everything and makes the whole process as smooth as possible. Something I really enjoy about their system: they send a detailed report with photos of your car and a breakdown of the work done. It’s reassuring and I really appreciate the level of care and communication here!
I was new to the area and Will was recommended. My vehicle was stuck in the garage with two dead batteries. He came by the same day and replaced both batteries. This is the ONLY shop to take your vehicles if you want honest and reliable service. I’ve never had a bad experience! They say you should have a regular doctor, well you should also have a regular mechanic!
I can’t say enough good things about A&W Automotive repair. This is the 3rd time I have used them and the experience has always been fantastic. This time I blew my factory shocks and Will researched and found me some good rough country shocks that fit with my lift and actually made the ride smoother than the factory shocks. Will had them installed quick and had me back on the road. You get a ton of service at a great rate. I highly recommend them!
