Honest fair prices and don't upsell you services
I am blown away by Austin's committment to his customers. We had the linkage come loose on our 2014 Highlander on a Friday and couldn't shift to any gear. I called Ozzy and Austin was at my house on a Friday late afternoon and fixed the problem in a manner of minutes! I am grateful for A&W and more specifically, Austin, for being a masterful technician and a good person. I’ve been a customer for 2 decades. My 2005 Lexus GS300 runs like new. A&W is in a league of its own.
I have had my vehicle repaired here twice. Once was an engine mount and the most recent one was my AC compressor. This place are the best mechanics in the city. They are honest with their prices and their work. They are also pretty fast. Highly recommended.
