My daughter's car broke down in El Paso, TX. While in Dallas, TX (home) We had tried to have the water pump fixed twice in a particular shop in Dallas but it was still malfunctional. I searched mechanics in El Paso, TX and for the good reviews, I ended at Ozzie's A&W. He told me what the actual issue was and that the previous guys hadn't done what was supposed to be done. Hands down the best shop there is. I am always moving around Texas due to my career and have used numerous auto repair shops. I can say with the most confidence that this place absolutely blows any other shop out of the water. I am sincerely saddened that I will be moving somewhere else now and not be able to utilize their services. Thank you Ozzie and Austin for the help.
