Been a customer for as long as I can remember. Excellent work guys...like always! Never had a problem with them...keep it up!
Incredible experience with A&W!!. Had an issue with a wheel bearing issue and ABS on my Tundra during a cross country move while passing through El Paso. Both Toyota dealerships in town couldn’t help. A&W dropped everything to get me a quick appointment, get my truck on the lift, diagnosed the issue, and service my vehicle to get me back on the road. Best service I’ve experienced!
I haven't even dropped off my car yet but can I just praise Ozzie/Ozzy? He took so much of his time on Friday to talk about my extensive repair issues with me on the phone (transmission, AC compressor, and suspension on 16 y.o Lexus GX). Even with a ton of stuff going on, he was focused and patient. As a woman traveling solo, I almost never get mechanics speaking to me as though I'm an intelligent human capable of understanding the specs. I felt so respected right away, it's such a relief. I was again 100% satisfied with your service. The work was done in a timely manner and reasonably priced. Thank you very much for the clean work and the engine compartment never looked so clean. (Transmission and radiator flush).
