Waste of Time and Money – Took my car in there after having rough idle and check engine light come on-Called Jim at 8 am on friday to bring my car in- he said he would get right on it-had it there by 9am- waited until the next afternoon and called- was told he was busy and hadnt had time to get to it...I explained I was taking off work to get this complete and it was costing me even more to wait. He assured me he would be able to get it diagnosed that day, which he did call me back hours later and told me it would be $477.00... read more
I called AW Auto when my van would not start. Jim was able to diagnose the problem with in the first 2 minutes of the phone call. My alarm system was malfunctioning and would not allow me to start the vehicle. He gave me instructions over the phone and I was on my way within 10 minutes. I would have otherwise had to pay for an un-needed tow. I can't express enough thanks to them for helping me in this situation. Very knowlegable staff! THANK YOU AGAIN
I have never had to return for a problem that wasn't fixed the first time. Employees are very knowledgable and honest. I would recommend them to everyone. I prefer to deal with this "small family owned business" rather than a large dealership.
