Avoid this place like the plague, horrible customer service and professionalism.
As with most contractors in this area, this one is very unprofessional and doesnt want to work. He talks a good game up front and then will fall off the face of the earth when it comes to setting up a time to actually get the job done. Very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. My husband is now back to the drawing board when it comes to the work we want to get done on the house we just purchased. In response to your reply. Very easy to work with! Very helpful helping us make decisions with tile with there beautiful show room. Workers were in and out, very respectful and got the job done with outstanding quality.
If you want to waste time & money and end up being extremely frustrated, Joe is your man! Beautiful showroom, very knowledgeable, super friendly (until he has your money). As the expert, he will order you products, but if they aren't correct that is ON YOU. **NO REFUNDS** How in the world am I, the customer, supposed to know all the rules on how to calculate the heating wire of a bathroom?
