We have 2 Avtec homes in our family. Our son and daughter-in-law (built 2020) and we (built 2021) chose different models. We both are enjoying our well built homes. We have been through a number of hurricanes (love having the hurricane shutters included) and our homes have stood firm. In the past 5 years, our highest cooling bills in the hot Florida summer months have never been higher than $180.00 in our total electric eco friendly home. I bought my house March 2023 .Its a nice house they did well,but it's two years now and they still have not returned to fix the two items that was on the punch list that they were supposed to fix doors does not align(warped/not plumb)..
