Built my first home with Avtec and could not be anymore pleased. 10/10 recommended. The communication was top of the line. Weekly updates on our build and any questions we had, they had answers within a day if not right away. Can’t wait to build our next home with them!
Shoty work would be an upgrade. I've been in the construction industry for over 20 years and the complete lack of care and attention Avtec shows the their product is disheartening. I told the superintendent who oversaw the building of my, Mark, that the garage forms where out of square before they poured the slab. He did nothing to fix it and so a large portion of my garage wall is just floating in mid air including the door into the house. The fix? Throw som fast drying concrete mix under just the door and pretend that's go... read more
So we bought our house about 1 month ago. It was very easy, they always answer questions aaaaand 3 different inspectors said that they actually do what they suppose to do! Meaning, they seal everything they suppose to, they build straight (I thought that that would be a no brainer, but apparently not) and so many other things inspectors were impressed with! If you can get your hands on a Avtec Home TAKE IT!
