We just purchased our new home and cant begin to say how appreciative we are with patty at Avtec homes. She made it so extremely easy after months of dealing with other builders/lenders literally 32 days from looking at the home to closing and having the keys. We walked into the model with a certain house in mind explained what we had been thru and she put our minds at ease. She brought us to the house let us explore a bit didn't pressure us. We have 2 Avtec homes in our family. Our son and daughter-in-law (built 2020) and we (built 2021) chose different models. We both are enjoying our well built homes. We have been through a number of hurricanes (love having the hurricane shutters included) and our homes have stood firm. In the past 5 years, our highest cooling bills in the hot Florida summer months have never been higher than $180.00 in our total electric eco friendly home.
