Customer service reached out and resolved the issue regarding the return and refund. They were cooperative and recommended to deal with them.
Poor technical performance and heavily hidden restocking fees. The Marathon 3 handpiece set lacked torque stability and was excessively noisy, making it completely unsuitable for precision laboratory ceramic and restoration workflows. To make matters worse, they slap you with a heavy 20% restocking fee and return shipping costs on under-specified equipment. Very disappointing purchasing experience; I will not be doing business with Avtec Dental again.
My office called before 5 pm and couldn’t communicate through. We called the day off the product being shipped but it DID arrive the day and time promised. Thank you.
