This company is unreliable. I would exercise caution if you need something urgently. I ordered 2 sets of handpieces on 2/26/26. It is now 3/11/26 and I have still not received the product. When I called customer service after 2 weeks, they told me that the order had not even shipped out and did not offer an explanation or notice that it would be delayed.
