Chris Sutton is not a man of his word. I have tried to get him to call or text or email me and he simply refuses. I have emails stating work they have promised to do and never finished. He never came out to see how unprofessional of a job his crew did. His henchman at the time, John Dobbs, also stopped taking calls and refused to listen to my concerns.
