I had a very frustrating experience with this HVAC company. I initially spoke with David to schedule an HVAC certification and was told there were two time windows available that same day. After calling a few other companies to compare, I decided to go with them. When I called back to confirm, the woman who answered said David would call me back to schedule. An hour passed—no call.
