Had a TV repaired by Oriel. Spent $200+ and brought it home. It worked for about a minute, got overheated and kept shutting off so I called the owner of AVS Electronics. He came out and said that there was a manufacturer issue where no cooling fans were installed to the TV. He then knocked over my TV (I assume on accident) and it fell over and completely broke. Gave Orial my $1,200.00 Sony video cam for loading mechanism repair. He kept it for over a year telling me each time I asked for it back because I didn't want him losing it or the case, manual, charger and adapters. Reassured me each time that it wouldn't happen and he was very close to getting the part needed. Went out of town for 3 months and came back to a closed store with no info left for customers.
