Placed a service call on a Tuesday didn’t hear back called on Thursday morning and was given a number called from 8:30am to 12:30pm no answer no call back. Called some one else coming next morning
We’ve bought several vending and game machines from AVS over the past couple years and they’ve always been easy and friendly to deal with. The #1 reason I keep buying from them is that their support is just incredible. Especially Phil who is the main tech over there. Recently we had an issue with one of our machines.
