The best HVAC service I have ever experienced, hands down. The time from original call until service complete was less than 3 hours and I couldn't be happier with how professional and knowledgeable Greg was. Will definitely call them for any future needs!
Second time using AVS Commercial Air Conditioning & Heating just as good as the first in a second property. Inspected furnace and and recommended some things to watch out for but didn’t recommend replacement just yet. Who does that in this day? Felt like we were given an honest expert opinion without being sold something we didn’t need.
My Mother has used AVS Commercial for some years. She has a service contract and depends on them for all her Heating and Conditioning needs. The office staff is very responsive to her requests for service, her Specialist is outstanding. He is very personable and extremely knowledgeable. I would really like to thank AVS Commercial Air Conditioning & Heating who worked diligently on fixing my furnace when it broke down during the cold wave. They were very diligent in making sure they diagnosed the issue correctly before they start replacing parts. They kept me posted on what to expect in terms of the cost of repair. I am very impressed with their quality of work, pricing, and honesty.
Greg was very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. He walked me through the entire service process he performed on my humidifier providing me with instruction, insight, and tips on how to maintain and keep my home comfortable. My issue ended up only being a filter change, but regardless of it being an easy fix, he answered all my questions and made me feel as if my business was important as a furnace install. I would definitely recommend AVS Commercial Air Conditioning & Heating anytime.
