This property management is as bad as garbage. If anyone wants to suffer, feel free to move in here.
Management unprofessional , never respond to emails or voicemail. Always something broken . We don’t even have licenced security, it’s “in house”, which I’ve never heard of, and they’re only here til midnight . Not worth the high rent / maintenance fees we pay . I can hear my neighbours peeing and flushing toilet . Not built very good . Cheap quality materials. Looks nice from outside but that’s about it! Look somewhere else to Rent/ buy.
The management claimed that they were on duty on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, but every time I called them when they were on duty, I got a voicemail. After sending them an email on Wednesday, I received their buzzer registration form on Friday, and the registration process could not be completed until the following week. And Yes, the elevator and garage door often broke down. The only thing to be thankful for was that the sanitary conditions in the building were quite good.
