We had them install our kitchen countertops a couple years ago. They installed the waterfall island incorrectly (swapped the ends) so the veins don’t match. I raised it with the crew at the time and they hand-waved me and told me it’s supposed to look like that. Recently another contractor came to our house and said no, it’s very clearly switched and they should have fixed that for us. I had a great experience working with Avrio Surfaces for my kitchen countertop and backsplash. I always wanted Dekton Bergen, which is a difficult material to work with, and they are one of the few companies experienced with it. Max Mamo was the salesperson I worked with, and he was exceptional—extremely helpful, patient, and always responsive.
