They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I really love that they have plenty of doctors and nurse practitioners as back-up support for when the pediatrician is sick or unavailable. I feel a lot better knowing that someone will always be available when I need them. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office? The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best Did this provider have bad breath? Not at all, I didn't notice a smell.
