Dr. SMUKLER has poor bedside manner, lacking compassion. He makes light of a serious diagnosis. Does not listen to a patient's needs, but demeans a patient's desire for a second opinion, demeans a patient for getting another bone marrow biopsy by another physician when the bone marrow specimen he obtained was suboptimal.
