His office staff are poorly trained, innappropriate and treat patients like the enemy. He does not read or respond to portal messages, so the only way to speak to him is through these staff. He himself does not interact with patients; he has his fellows (very friendly, surprisingly) do the appointments and then he sits in the room at the end to be debriefed about it in front of the patient.
