So they sent me an opioid settlement check my bank chase has had it on hold two weeks and refuse to cash it until someone at this firm answers saying and verifying this firm has a history of bad checks even when I call it’s a voicemail mind you this check is under 1k and chase will not cash it held the check and if no answer today is flagging them fraud cadence bank there bank confirms funds are available but urges caution to chase as the account is not In good standing most the time
This group of attorneys is a scam!!!Cant convince me otherwise. I actually signed for my check back in August they said it was mailed October 20 to someone in west Virginia and cashed,how the hell could that even be possible for such high profile lawyers?Cant get them to call you back they won't answer the phone. I have notified the state bar association of the state of Texas. I may not get my money but I'm going to ruin there name and I will call Jason stoogenke.lol Hopefully he can get some answers.

Not a good experience been waiting for 3 years
I'm still waiting on a payout of my opioid claim, but I've been updated every time I've emailed i just would like a date of when it come.
