Unprofessional, #1builder is a joke Maybe #1horrible builder. Has people in contracts for almost 2 years and makes them jump through hoops other lenders don't. Not to mention the non stop issues in A BRAND NEW HOME!!! Not worth the price, no quality in their work. Nice neighborhood tho.
The price of these homes are WAY TO HIGH for this area. These home builders no longer build homes for middle class working family. Very sad.
The area is rural and the neighborhood is pretty run down. The paved roads are rough. The area does not have any majestic Saguaro Cacti to look at, only scrub brush. On the plus side: the lots are large, the lot prices are reasonable, no HOA fees, nice neighbors and desert trails for horses, mt. Bikes, hiking and ATV riding are right outside your door.
