I am happy that I found AVR. They got my Prado tuned and ready to tow our Van several times to travel to WA, SA, NSW and our latest trip to NT. We love the backroads and with that goes wear and tear. I trust AVR with their service and advise and they and my Prado have not let us down!
Very very impressed by both the professional and personal service provided. As my vehicle is exclusively used for work I was in need of a speedy turn around on an alternator replacement. They left bolts off. Put things on wrong and some how my oil filter because loose. All because I didn't get things they recommend to be fixed. That didn't need to be fixed to start with.
I could not recommend Ryan, and the rest of the AVR team enough! They have serviced my many cars for 10+ years now and have personalised their service for me every time. I’ve called them for motoring advice and purchase information many times and are always happy to help - their work is professional even sharing videos of their progress on bigger jobs. 11/10
