Ryan & the team at AVR Automative are the best I’ve come across for looking after my 4WD. They get it & appreciate how important my 4WD is to me. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.
I had an emergency breakdown and AVR automotive went out of their way to help me out even when they didn’t have to and got me sorted in Record time. Just wanted to say a big thanks because they were awesome.
The pricing was excessive, and there were communication issues. I was charged for services I did not request. Despite a confirmation call after dropping off my vehicle, where only two items from the work order were discussed, additional services were completed without my consent. These unneeded services were still billed to me. I will be seeking a new mechanic, and I recommend others do the same.
I am happy that I found AVR. They got my Prado tuned and ready to tow our Van several times to travel to WA, SA, NSW and our latest trip to NT. We love the backroads and with that goes wear and tear. I trust AVR with their service and advise and they and my Prado have not let us down!
